Size Capabilities
We can manufacture, remanufacture or recover precision machined rollers for agriculture, bindery, construction, food production, manufacturing, medical, packaging and printing industries using the highest quality materials available. Our 12,000 square foot facility located in Savage, MN was built specifically for the purpose of producing precision machined rollers and allows us the capability to produce finished products up to 120 inches in length and 18 inches in diameter to an exacting coating precision tolerance of .001". Our CNC Lathes have an exacting machining tolerance of .0001”.
Our urethane department can manufacture rollers of varying diameters up to a length of 6’. In addition to our high quality rollers, and in conjunction with our in-house machine shop, our urethane department also has the capability and capacity to manufacture a wide variety of other urethane products as well.
