The Roller Company’s in-house Machine Shop is also CNC equipped. CNC lathes use the latest technology to allow fully programmable parts production and can fabricate complex parts quickly, easily and repeatably. This allows us the versatility to build not just 1, 5 or 10 rollers – but literally as many as you require. Our state of the art CNC lathes can quickly create large or small parts with tolerances of .0001”.
Combined with our in-house Design & Engineering capabilities if you have an idea, we can bring that idea to life. From conception to design to prototype to short run or mass production.
