Roller Core Repair
Our remanufacturing services at The Roller Company include core repair services. Core cracks, bad welds, journal wear and more. Cores of precision machined rollers must be maintained to meet the requirements of their environments and rebuilding those cores is a routine service performed at The Roller Company to help ensure that your business stays up and running and productive.
When your roller cores are showing wear, such as cracks and journal wear, and are in need of repair, we can repair them. Our in-house machine shop can weld the cracks and build up the journals and machine them back to their original specifications.
We can and have repaired many types of cores with materials including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, bronze and other metal alloys. Our attention to detail and superior service will get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Once the core is repaired, we also offer balancing and recovering services to restore your precision machined rollers back to their production tolerances. Ask your sales representative for details on all of our roller remanufacturing services.
