We can, and have, manufactured, remanufactured, repaired and recovered precision machined rollers for Printing, Bindery, Packaging, Food Production, Agriculture, Construction and many more applications using the highest quality materials available since 1996. Our 12,000 square foot facility in Savage, MN was built specifically for this purpose and allows us the capability to produce finished products up to 120 inches in length and 18 inches in diameter to an exacting precision tolerance of .001.

The Roller Company offers custom machining services for dies, molds and custom parts using modern equipment including computerized milling machines and CNC machines for custom products and prototyping in support of the needs of our loyal customers.
Our Manufacturing, remanufacturing and repair capabilities of high quality precision machined industrial rollers includes making those rollers press ready by installing all bushings, gears, bearings, springs and washers for quick replacement with minimal downtime.
In conjunction with our R & D services and our Design & Engineering services we use our in-house machine shop and our in-house urethane department capabilities to provide our customers with prototyping services to help expand their industrial footprint.
